In this policy, "Jetwing Adventures", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Jetwing Adventures Pvt. Ltd, Jetwing House 46/26 Navam Mawatha, Colombo-02, Sri Lanka. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
About this policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the rights you have over it. It applies to guests, enquirers, newsletter subscribers, website visitors and representatives of our partner travel agents. Personal data means any information that identifies a living person, directly or indirectly. We apply the same standard of care to everyone's data, wherever they live. Where it applies, we comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022. We review this policy periodically and post any changes on this page.
How we collect your data
We collect data when you enquire by phone, email, WhatsApp or a website form, subscribe to our newsletter, book a tour, or complete a pre-tour guest form. If you book through a partner travel agent or tour operator, they pass us the details needed to run your trip. Website forms ask you to accept this policy before you submit.
